基于微信平台延续妊娠期糖尿病患者健康教育的应用研究

目的分析微信平台在妊娠期糖尿病患者中延续健康教育的应用效果。方法选择2013年8月—2015年8月就诊的206例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象，根据入院时间分为观察组和对照组各103例，对照组在住院期间进行常规健康教育，观察组在出院后基于微信平台的形式进行延续性的健康教育。比较妊娠期糖尿病相关知识知晓情况、行为依从性、新生儿的结局。结果观察组相关知识知晓情况评分、行为依从性评分均明显高于对照组（t=4.441，4.816，P＜0.05）；新生儿宫内窘迫、巨大儿、畸形儿和新生儿低血糖的发生率均明显低于对照组（χ2=4.682，7.015，7.647，6.094，P＜0.05）。结论基于微信平台形式延续健康教育有助于帮助患者掌握妊娠糖尿病相关知识，提高自我管理能力，降低母婴并发症。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous health education based on wechat platform in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 206 cases of patients with gestational diabetes diagnosed from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 103 cases in each according to the admission time，the control group adopted the routine health education during the hospitalization，the observation group adopted the continuous health education based on the wechat platform after admission，and the diabetes related awareness situation，behavioral compliance，and the outcomes of newborn were compared between the two groups.Results The related knowledge awareness situation and behavioral compliance scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group，（t=4.441，4.816，P＜0.05），the incidence rates of low blood sugar of neonatal fetal distress，giant babies，deformed children and newborns were obviously lower than those in the control group，（χ2=4.682，7.015，7.647，6.094，P＜0.05）.Conclusion The continuous health education based on wechat platform contributes to helping the patients master the gestational diabetes related knowledge，improve the self-management ability and reduce the maternal and infant complications.

妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）是一类以糖代谢异常为主要表现的孕产妇高发疾病。随着人们生活水平的提高，饮食结构的改变，高龄产妇的增多，妊娠期糖尿病的发病率逐渐增高。妊娠期糖尿病会严重影响胎儿血液循环和营养供应状态，易并发妊娠期高血压疾病、胎盘早剥、胎膜早破等各类孕期及产时并发症，还会对新生儿的出生状态和后续生长发育产生不利影响［1］。妊娠期糖尿病属于糖尿病的特殊类型，治疗主要依赖于患者长期有效的自我管理。……
