基于内分泌科护理的持续护理质量改进作用效果分析

目的对持续护理质量改进在内分泌科护理中的作用效果进行分析探讨。方法选取该院内分泌科自2014年1—12月收治的200例住院患者作为研究对象，随机分为两个组别，对照组实施常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上，采用持续护理质量改进策略实施护理，观察对比两组护理效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度为99%，对照组患者护理满意度为81%，且研究组患者护理干预质量评分及差错事故发生率均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义，结果显示研究组护理干预效果明显好于对照组。结论采用持续护理质量改进策略进行内分泌科住院患者护理实施，能够有效提升患者护理满意度，减少护理差错与事故问题发生率，提高护理质量效果，具有积极作用和意义，值得临床大力推广和应用。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of continuous nursing quality based on the nursing in the department of endocrinology.Methods 200 cases of inpatients in the department of endocrinology in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into groups，the control group adopted the routine nursing，the research group adopted the continuous nursing quality improvement strategies on the basis of the control group，and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfactory degree was 99%in the research group and 81%in the control group，and the nursing intervention quality score and incidence rate of errors in the research group were better than those in the control group，P＜0.05，and the differences had statistical significance，and the result showed that the nursing intervention effect in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group.Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing quality improvement strategies for inpatients in the department of endocrinology can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients，reduce the incidence rates of nursing errors and accidents and improve the nursing quality effect，which is of positive significance and it is worth great promotion and application.

护理作为临床工作开展的重要内容部分，对临床工作开展效果以及医院医疗服务水平等都有着非常重要的作用和影响，尤其是近年来，随着患者对临床医疗服务要求的不断提升，改进医院护理策略，提升患者对护理满意度及医院护理服务水平，已经成为医院工作开展与研究关注的重点之一。下文以该院内分泌科两种不同护理模式为例进行对比研究分析，结果以供参考。……
