基于先心病患儿介入治疗的健康信念模式护理应用效果

目的探究健康信念模式在先心病介入治疗患儿护理中的应用方法及其效果。方法对该院2014年1月—2015年10月间接收的72例先心病介入治疗患儿进行护理，首先按照随机序号法将72例患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行健康信念模式护理，最终比较两组护理结果。结果两组在干预前患儿生存质量评分无明显差异，经干预观察组评分明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论健康信念模式在先心病介入治疗患儿护理中的应用效果良好，能够从多方面对患儿的治疗起到积极作用，同时明显改善患儿的生活质量，因此值得在临床中借鉴推广和使用。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application method and effect of health belief model in the nursing of children with congenital heart disease intervention treatment.Methods 72 cases of children with congenital heart disease intervention treatment admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were given nursing，and randomly divided into two groups，the control group adopted the routine nursing，the observation group adopted the health brief model nursing on the basis of the control group，and the nursing results were compared between the two groups.Results There was no obvious difference in the survival quality score before intervention between the two groups，and the scores after intervention in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，and there was an obvious difference between the two groups by comparison，and the difference had statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion The application effect of health brief model in the nursing of children with congenital heart disease intervention treatment is good，which can play a positive role in the treatment of children from multiple aspects and obviously improve the quality of life of children at the same time，therefore，it is worth promotion and application in clinic.

先心病是一种先天性疾病，该病是由于新生儿在胎儿时期出现异常的心脏发育而引起的一种疾病，疾病发生后患儿的正常生活会受到一定程度的影响，如果没有及时进行有效的治疗，其生命安全也会受到威胁。目前临床中多数研究指出，对患儿进行健康信念模式的护理，能够改善患儿临床情况，研究表明，采用生存质量评分对干预效果进行评价，能够取得较为准确的评价数据和结果。因而该次我们对该院2014年1月—2015年10月间接收的72例先心病介入治疗患儿进行分组，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行健康信念模式护理，旨在改善先心病患儿的临床情况，同时提高患儿的生活质量，现将详细情况进行分析，报道如下。……
