新型袢利尿剂托拉塞米治疗心衰进展

【摘要】伴随医学发展速度的逐步加快，医疗药物得以不断完善，尤其是治疗心衰的药物正在逐步优化，这其中新型袢利尿剂的应用发挥了非常关键性的作用，治疗患者心衰疗效显著。经过实践研究表明，托拉塞米在临床应用中为患者带来福音，可以有效治愈患者心衰疾病，从实验数据分析可知，利尿作用相对而言更强，同时又能够有效提升生物利用度，药效更为持久，最关键的是对患者身体不会造成副作用，加强疗效。本文主要分析了治疗心衰药物的发展进展，并探讨了新型袢利尿剂托拉塞米的具体应用情况，谨以此给予理论参考。

【Abstract】With the gradually accelerating the pace of development of medicine， medical drugs to continue to improve， especially in the drug treatment of heart failure is gradually optimized looPdiuretic which new applications has played a very crucial role in the treatment of patients with heart failure， a significant effect . After practice studies show that torasemide in clinical application for patients to bring the Gospel， can effectively cure the disease in patients with heart failure， it is found from the experimental data analysis， a relatively stronger diuretic effect，but also can effectively enhance the bioavailability， more lasting efficacy， the most critical is the patient's body without causing side effects， strengthen the clinical effect. This paper analyzes the progress in the development of drugs to treat heart failure， and to explore a new type of looPdiuretics torasemide specific application， we would like this to give a theoretical reference.

从临床医学角度分析，心衰患病人数正在与日俱增，给患者及其家属带来巨大的心理负担。所谓心力衰竭，主要是指患者心输出量下降，从而引发患者组织灌注降低，继而促使患者表现出极为明显的临床特征[1]。从现状分析，治疗心衰的药物主要是以利尿剂为主，伴随医学的发展新型袢利尿剂托拉塞米在临床中得以广泛使用，取得了相对较好的效果，本文对此展开深入的研究，现报道如下。

1 托拉塞米简介

针对袢利尿剂而言，其属于高效利尿剂，利尿作用相对而言比较强大，这种强大的作用性对于心衰疾病的治疗发挥了非常关键性的作用，同时该药物还可以用于顽固性水肿，或是高血压疾病[2]。从目前情况分析，我国应用较多的袢利尿剂是托拉塞米，相较于其他药物具有自身的独特性，不仅能够起到抗醛固酮功效，而且还能扩张患者血管。……
