脑血管介入治疗患者术后常见并发症原因及护理对策

【摘要】目的 探讨脑血管介入治疗患者术后并发症的原因及护理方法。方法 选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院接受介入治疗的脑血管患者70例作为研究对象，对其术后并发症进行分析，进行针对性及预见性护理。结果 脑血管介入治疗术后患者经护理后，并发症有所好转。结论 针对脑血管介入治疗术后不同原因引起的并发症，采取合理有效的护理措施，可促进患者康复，提高生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the reasons of postoperative complications in patients with cerebrovascular intervention and nursing methods.Methods The 86 cases of postoperative complications in patients with cerebrovascular intervention analysis，pertinence and predictive nursing.Results The cerebral vascular interventional treatment of postoperative patients after nursing complications.Conclusion Cerebral vascular interventional treatment of postoperative complications caused by different reasons to take reasonable and effective nursing measures，promote patients recover，improve the quality of life.

脑血管疾病目前居我国居民死因的第一位，且发病有全年增多的趋势，严重影响人们的健康和生活质量[1]介入治疗作为治疗脑血管病的重要手段之一，有效降低了其病死率和致残率。目前已成为一项新兴的诊疗技术[2]。由于脑血管具有迂曲、复杂等基本特点，各种并发症均有可能在治疗后发生。因此了解脑血管介入治疗患者术后常见并发症原因，进行预见性护理，对神经内科脑血管介入治疗患者来说非常重要。为此，本文选取我科收治的脑血管狭窄行介入治疗患者70例，其中男40例，女30例；≥60岁41例，<60岁29例。针对并发症起及护理对策进行总结分析。

1 患者接受脑血管介入治疗术后常见并发症原因

1.1 脑溢血（脑出血）

这种疾病是术后最严重的并发症，发生在高度狭窄脑血管置入支架后比较多见，也有部分发生于年老多病、体质消瘦伴有明显高血压患者，在接受溶栓治疗后的患者。……
