浅谈燃气管网巡检系统项目建设

摘 要： 随着经济发展，各行业相关管道线路不断快速延伸。为了保证各种管道线路能够稳定可靠的运行，建立起一套科学的、行之有效的维护巡检系统是十分必要并且重要的。巡检系统是对管道线路巡检实行量化、动态管理的现代化手段，是促进管道线路维护科学化管理、制度化管理的重要步骤。本文根据城市燃气管道线路建设，介绍了巡检系统的特点与建设方法，并对系统的未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract：With the economic development， the industry related pipeline lines continue to quickly extend. It is necessary and important to establish a set of scientific and effective maintenance inspection system in order to ensure the reliable operation of all kinds of pipeline circuits. Inspection system is an important step in the implementation of quantitative and dynamic management of pipeline inspection， and it is an important step to promote the scientific management and system management of the line maintenance. According to the construction of city gas pipeline， this paper introduces the characteristics and construction methods of the inspection system， and prospects the future development of the system.

引言

城市燃气安全关系到城市及社会的发展，关系到城市功能的有效发挥。政府和社会对燃气安全运行日益关注，因此如何加强对燃气安全的管理，把事故防范于未然，是摆在所有燃气供应企业的首要问题。燃气供应企业必须建立安全检查、维修维护、事故抢修等制度，及时报告、排除、处理燃气设施故障和事故，确保正常供气。

武汉市天然气有限公司承担着向武汉市三镇（汉口、武昌、汉阳）市民的天然气供气任务，管网分布在三镇，管线长度约为6000多公里，调压器、凝水缸、阀门等各类设施共计数目约为两万多个，管线管理分属三个中低压管线所（汉口、武昌、汉阳），三个管线所下属有27个管理服务站，每个管理站辖区中低压管线长约为100到300公里不等，日常巡查难度之大，对公司的安全运营起着至关重要的作用[1]。

一、燃气管网巡检系统现状

此前我公司主要采用人工五定方式（定时、定点、定线、定量、定责）定期对输配设施进行巡查，在现场通过对设施的检查，和对部分设施的数据的查看、纪录从而掌握系统的运行状况和使用情况。……
