HPLC与HPCE结合测定复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中6种化学成分含量

摘要：目的 建立HPLC与HPCE结合测定复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷及槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC测定木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷的含量，采用HPCE测定槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量。结果 在确定的色谱条件下，复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷及槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱均被很好地分离。结论 本试验建立的HPLC与HPCE联合测定法准确可靠，可用于复方湿生扁蕾胶囊中木犀草素、当药黄素、当药醇苷、槐定碱、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量测定。

Abstract： Objective To establish the method of HPLC and HPCE to determine the contents of luteolin， swertisin， swertianolin， sophordine， matrine and oxymatrine in compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules. Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of luteolin， swertisin， and swertianolin. HPCE was used to determine the contents of sophordine， matrine and oxymatrine. Results Under a certain chromatographic conditions， luteolin， swertisin， swertianolin， sophordinei， matrine and oxymatrine in the compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules were well separated. Conclusion The establishment of HPLC and HPCE combined determination method is accurate and reliable， and can be used to content determination of luteolin， swertisin， swertianolin， sophordine， matrine and oxymatrine in compound Shisheng Bianlei Capsules.

复方湿生扁蕾胶囊是由甘肃省名中医张银川主任医师的临床经验方研制而成的结肠靶向释药的口服固体制剂，由湿生扁蕾和苦豆子2味药组成，具有清热解毒、利湿止泻功效，主治大肠湿热所致的痢疾、肠炎等肠道疾病。在临床应用中，复方湿生扁蕾胶囊对慢性溃疡性结肠炎具有确切的疗效[1]。湿生扁蕾Gentianopsis paludosa（Munro）Ma.主要含有酮类、黄酮类和三萜类化合物，酮类和黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化、抗菌等作用[2-4]。当药黄素是黄酮苷类化合物，对鼠伤寒杆菌具有中度抑制作用。当药醇苷为酮苷类化合物，具有抑制结核菌的作用[5]。木犀草素
