教育云平台的敏感信息保护技术研究

【 摘 要 】 教育云平台为广大师生带来便利的同时，信息数据的安全性也日渐凸显。为确保教育资源符合中小学教育的绿色、安全要求，需要重点解决平台中教育资源的内容安全、敏感信息保护、整体云服务安全保障等问题。敏感数据主要是学生和教师的个人信息，这些信息数据需经数字签名验证服务器进行完整性校验和加密后存入相应数据库，在读取时进行完整性校验。基于KPI的数字证书及加密技术是实现这一方案的重要技术基础，文章将对其进行深入探讨并研究其在教育云平台中的实际应用。

The Research of Protection Technology to Sensitive Information in Education Cloud Platform

【 Abstract 】 Education cloud platform for the majority of teachers and students to bring convenience， at the same time， the security of the information data are increasingly highlighted.In order to ensure the education resources can meet the demands of primary and secondary school education of green， safety， and need to focus on the content of the education resources in the platform security， sensitive information protection， the whole cloud service security and other issues.Sensitive data is mainly students and teachers' personal information， the information data need to the digital signature and authentication server for integrity check deposit encrypted with the corresponding database， when reading for integrity checking.Based on KPI digital certificates and encryption technology is the important technical foundation to realize the scheme， this article carries on the in-depth discussion and research its actual application in education cloud platform.

1 引言

2010年7月29日，中共中央、国务院印发了《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》，从现代化建设的全局出发，确定了十年战略目标，提出了“优先发展、育人为本、改革创新、促进公平、提高质量”的工作方针。《纲要》明确指出，“加快教育信息基础设施建设，把教育信息化纳入国家信息化发展整体战略，超前部署教育信息网络。”为此，中央电化教育馆推进了国家教育云试点项目，并将建设国家教育云平台看作是教育部在教育信息化领域的战略重点。

国家教育云平台建设本质即是对教育资源信息化、共享化、运营化的过程。 目前信息化的教育资源大致分为两类。

第一类为素材类。这类资源包括素材库、课件库、案例和库题库等，具有数据量极大（多数为P乃至10P级别的存储需求）、数据类型多（包括文本、图像、音频、视频、动画等多种形式）等特征。……
