【摘要】 目的:分析磁共振全身类PET(Positron Emission Tomorgraphy)成像又称为背景抑制全身扩散加权成像(diffusion-weighted whole-body imaging with backgroune body signal suppression,DWIBS)在检测恶性肿瘤的临床诊断效果。方法:收集在本院确诊肿瘤48例患者资料,将同时进行磁共振全身类PET检测记为试验组和普通磁共振检测记为对照组,比较两组的检测结果。结果:48例肿瘤患者的图像对比度和分辨率都达到确诊条件,试验组发现32例恶性肿瘤,他们的原发病灶和转移灶在DWI图像上都呈现高信号,ADC图则显示为低信号,检测准确率为94.11%(32/34)。对照组患者在常规的磁共振局部或病灶部位掃描检测后,发现恶性肿瘤24例,检测准确率为70.59%(24/34),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振全身类PET相较于普通的磁共振、CT等检测来说具有无辐射损伤、无需注射造影剂、检查方便等优点,检测恶性肿瘤来说成像更加清晰,诊断结果更明确,适合病情更复杂、普通磁共振与CT不能明确诊断的患者。磁共振全身类PET成像与常规的T2WI或T1WI图像融合能准确地显示病灶的恶良性功能等多重信息,其诊断结果更具有意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnosis effect of magnetic resonance whole-body PET(Positron Emission Tomorgraphy) imaging, also known as diffusion-weighted whole-body imaging with background body signal suppression (DWIBS) in the detection of malignant tumor.Method:The data of 48 patients who were diagnosed as tumor in our hospital were collected.48 patients were given magnetic resonance whole-body PET detection as experimental group and 48 cases were given ordinary magnetic resonance detection as control group.The detection results of two groups were compared.Result:The image contrast and resolution of 48 tumor patients reached the condition of definite diagnosis.The malignant tumors were 32 cases in the experimental group,their primary foci and metastasis foci showed high DWI signal,ADC image showed low signal,the detection accuracy rate was 94.11%.The malignant tumors were 24 cases in the control group after the conventional magnetic resonance local or focus scan,the detection accuracy rate was 70.58%.Compared two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the ordinary magnetic resonance and CT, the magnetic resonance whole-body PET has no radiation damage,no injecting contrast agent,convenient detection and other advantages.The imaging is clearer to detect the malignant tumor.The diagnosis result is more definite.It is suitable for the patients with more complex condition and cannot be diagnosed by the general MRI and CT.Magnetic resonance whole-body PET image and conventional T2WI or T1WI image fusion can accurately display the benign and malignant functions as well as other multiple information.The diagnosis results are more meaningful.

磁共振全身类PET(Positron Emission Tomorgraphy)成像技术现基础还处在发展阶段,属于医学上MRI的一种新技术手段,早在2014年由多位科研工作者提出这一项技术[1-4]。磁共振全身类PET技术在实现一次性大范围扫描的同时也可以在人类身体中的各种器官组织信号背景的基礎上加强对于肿瘤病变位置的显示,尤其是在检测各种病变组织中恶性肿瘤和病变位置的转移病灶检测也非常准确。通过磁共振全身类PET技术不但能获得全身肿瘤筛查的信息,而且还有恶性肿瘤TNM分期以及随诊等重要信息。磁共振全身类PET技术优点就是无辐射对人体不会造成损伤,其次是不需要注射造影剂,对检查也更为方便。其检查费用也低于PET-CT[5-8],成像的信噪比更高。常规的T2WI图像和全身类PET成像技术融合可以准确地显示出病变组织中的恶性病变位置、解剖位置等多种较为重要信息,所以磁共振全身类PET技术在临床上检测恶性肿瘤的确诊有着重要意义。……
