大学毕业生参与毕业设计积极性不高的原因浅析

摘 要：对大学毕业生参与毕业设计（论文）积极性不高的原因进行了分析。指出造成其参与毕业设计（论文）积极性不高的重要原因是其对指导模式的抵触。此外，毕业设计（论文）对目标结果的过分强调以及现有管理与评价体系在执行过程中存在较大随意性则是造成大学生参与毕业设计（论文）积极性不高的两个重要原因。

Analysis on the Reason of the Low Enthusiasm for the University Graduates to Participate in the Graduation Project

Abstract：The reasons of the low enthusiasm for the university graduates to participate in the graduation project （thesis） were analyzed. It has been proposed that the main reason for the university graduates having low enthusiasm to participate in the graduation project （thesis） was the resistance of the university graduates to the instruction model.In addition，the excessive emphasis on the goal of the graduation project （thesis），the large random in the implementation of the existing management and evaluation system were the two important reasons for the university graduates having low enthusiasm to participate in the graduation project （thesis）.

毕业设计（论文）是培养大学生进行工程设计或科学研究的重要环节，是培养其进行知识创新的有效手段，是实现教学、科研、创新和社会实践相结合的综合训练过程[1-3]。然而，当前高校大学生毕业设计（论文）的质量却有逐年下降的趋势，降低了社会对学校所培养毕业生的认可程度[2-5]。因此，有必要对造成大学毕业生参与毕业设计（论文）不高的原因进行分析，为改善大学毕业生参与毕业设计（论文）的积极性提供改进基础。

1 对指导模式的抵触是造成大学生参与毕业设计（论文）积极性不高的重要原因

一般四年制高校毕业设计（论文）都安排在第八学期进行，而这段时间正是学生找工作以及考研复试的关键阶段。因此，部分专家和学者认为大学生参与毕业设计（论文）积极性不高的直接原因是时间冲突[2，3，5]。实际并非如此。一般而言，学校的双选会或企业的招聘会均安排在第七学期进行，大部分学生在毕业前半学期就基本落实了工作意向。……
