构建草原丝绸之路背景下锡林郭勒盟现代物流发展环境分析

摘 要：构建草原丝绸之路经济带是内蒙古自治区未来一个阶段的重点发展思路，这为全区各盟市尤其是边境盟市带来了巨大的发展机遇。锡林郭勒盟作为内蒙古自治区连接俄蒙的重要通道，其现代物流的发展对区域经济发展影响巨大。文章深入分析了锡林郭勒盟现代物流发展环境要素，为其现代物流发展研究提供了依据和思路。

Abstract： Build grassland silk road economic belt is a emphasis development thinking of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region in the future， for the entire district GeMeng especially the border city of au are of great development opportunities. Xilingol league area as an important channel of connection and receive the Inner Mongolia autonomous region， the development of modern logistics has had a huge impact on the region economy development. This paper deeply analyzes the Xilingol league area environmental elements of modern logistics development， provide the basis for the development of modern logistics research and ideas.

1 研究背景

锡林郭勒盟位于内蒙古自治区的中部，是我国北方承东启西的重要节点，与华北、东北和西北及俄蒙等国的连接十分紧密，具有得天独厚的区位优势。近年来，锡林郭勒盟的工业发展取得历史性突破，凭借独特的煤炭、矿产资源优势，以能源化工工业为先导，实现了地区经济的新飞跃，正在成为内蒙古自治区乃至中国北方一个新的最具潜力的经济增长极。尤其是在内蒙古自治区提出构建草原丝绸之路经济带的大背景下，该地区的经济社会发展将进入一个新的提速期。因此，加速构建和完善现代化的物流体系，将区位优势和资源优势有效转化为经济发展优势，成为了锡林郭勒盟区域发展的重要问题。道路运输作为锡林郭勒盟物流行业发展的重要组成部分，承担着该区域大部分物流服务业务，尤其是对蒙古国的煤炭、石油等物资的运输业务，故而在构建草原丝绸之路经济带的过程中应优先实现其现代化发展。……
