建筑设计企业会计收入确认问题分析

摘要：如何做好建筑设计企业会计收入确认工作关系到是否可以更好地确保设计人才收入及建筑设计企业效益的核心问题。因此本文以建筑设计企业会计收入确认作为探究主体，首先说明会计收入确认问题对于建筑设计企业的意义，其次结合目前建筑设计行业的发展现状寻找其会计收入管理方面存在的问题，最后针对出现的问题提出相应的解决措施，以期为建筑设计行业会计确认问题提供更多管理经验，进而提升企业及个人效益。

Abstract： How to do a good job for accounting income confirmation in building design enterprises is related to the core that whether it can be better to ensure the design personnel income and the effectiveness of architectural design enterprises. Therefore， taking accounting income confirmation of the architectural design enterprises as the subject of exploration， firstly， this paper explains the significance of accounting income confirmation for architectural design enterprises， then combined with the current development of the architectural design industry， finds the problems existing in the accounting income management， and finally puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems， in order to provide more management experience and enhance the enterprise and personal benefits.

0 引言

近些年来由于我国社会经济的飞速发展以及城镇化带来的社会固定资产投资的热潮，使建筑业得到前所未有的快速发展，进而带动了建筑设计行业的前进与新发展。然而，建筑设计企业是一个严重依赖设计人才的知识密集型企业，建筑设计企业会计收入的管理与确认问题是企业在内部控制与外部扩展生意范围时需要重视的关键问题之一。

然而目前大部分的建设项目都是采用公开招标方式，如此没有入围的项目设计方案，无法得到项目委托方的相关费用，即使是入围的设计方案，如果没有被最终采纳，项目委托方也只会象征性地给予一定补偿，设计方案只有在签订合同后才是真正有价值的，才有经济效益。此外，很多建筑项目都面临尾款无法收回的问题，当前……
