中国制造2025的高校物流管理专业教改意义

摘 要：大学物流管理专业教育的使命是培养学生管理技术和技能以便更好地服务于社会，但我们对管理技术与技能的认知与社会的需求总是存在偏差并导致某种教育失效。文章以厦门大学嘉庚学院物流管理专业为例，针对三个主要症状与表象，从九个意识形态方面对长期存在的问题作根源分析，提出准事业部组织结构变革、CPIM与SAP式专业定位、教练式应用型教学、职业认证式课程体系、切合无缝式实践教学、亚文化教学的改革策略，并阐述这种改革的必要性、紧迫性和历史意义。

Abstract： The mission of logistics management specialty education in university is to cultivate students management technology and skills in order to better serve the society， unfortunately our cognition of management technology and skills with the demand of the society is always bias and leads to substantial invalidation of education. Based on the logistics management specialty of Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College as an example， pipelining out the three sticking main symptoms and appearances， this paper elaborates into nine ideological stratifications for the long-standing problems to make deep root cause analysis， puts forward the six strategies or initiatives of the quasi business unit organizational change， the SAP CPIM professional orientation， coach-way education， professional certified curriculum system， no gap and seamless practical teaching， and subculture educational promotion， it also explains the necessity and urgency of the reform and its historic significance.

大學物流管理专业教育的使命是培养学生管理技术和技能以便更好地服务于社会，但我们对管理技术与技能的认知与社会的需求总是存在偏差并导致教育某种失效。本文主要结合作者20多年来在行业龙头企业从事技术和中高层物流管理工作的切身体会感受和8年来一线教师与基层管理的经历，并查阅了美国、德国等在该领域高校的相关策略、举措与教育管理文献，以厦门大学嘉庚学院物流管理专业为例，针对三个主要症状与表象，从九个意识形态方面对长期存在的问题作根源分析，提出准事业部组织结构变革、CPIM与SAP 式专业定位、教练式应用型教学、职业认证式课程体系、切合无缝式实践教学、亚文化教学的改革策略，并阐述这种改革的必要性、紧迫性和历史意义。……
