老年糖尿病患者低血糖的护理体会

[摘要] 目的 探讨老年糖尿病患者低血糖的护理体会。方法 回顾性分析该院2012年1月—2016年10月收治的25例老年糖尿病并发低血糖症患者的临床资料，所有患者均给予相应低血糖处理并辅以积极的临床护理干预，观察其护理效果。结果 该组25例患者经积极处理与精心护理，未见并发症及死亡病例，所有神经症状和体征均消失，无后遗症发生。结论 采取积极的护理措施能有效控制老年糖尿病患者的血糖，降低低血糖等并发症的发生风险，有效改善患者的生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing experience of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data during January 2012 to October 2016 were elderly diabetic hypoglycemia in 25 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia patients， all patients were given corresponding treatment of hypoglycemia and supplemented by active clinical nursing intervention， to observe the nursing effect. Results In this group， 25 cases were treated by active treatment and careful nursing， no complications and death cases were found， all the neurological symptoms and signs disappeared without sequelae. Conclusion Taking positive nursing measures can effectively control the blood glucose of elderly patients with diabetes， reduce the risk of complications such as hypoglycemia， and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.

糖尿病是临床常见的一种慢性内分泌性疾病，在我国发病率高且呈快速增长趋势，老年2型糖尿病患者往往病史长，疾病的临床症状表现趋于复杂，用药繁复，治疗期间更容易发生低血糖。低血糖症是一种较为严重的常见于老年糖尿病患者的并发症[1]，其主要损害机体心脑血管系统，若不能得到及时救助，很可能会造成心、脑等重要器官的永久性、不可逆的损害，严重时甚至会危及生命[2]。因此对于老年糖尿低血糖症早期确诊，及时采取有效的救治和护理对策，对确保糖尿病老年患者生命健康意义重大。该院2012年1月—2016年10月收治的老年糖尿病发生低血糖患者25例，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该院2012年1月—2016年10月收治的老年糖尿病发生低血糖患者共25例，男16例，女9例，年龄60～85岁，平均（68.80±10.70）岁。所有患者均符合1999年WHO公布的糖尿病诊断标准[3]， 病程8～21年，平均（11.2±7.3）年，25例中合并高血压12例，冠心病15例，周围神经病变9例，肾脏病变11例。……
