甲状腺功能检测在心脑血管疾病中的应用研究

摘要：目的 对甲状腺功能检测在心脑血管疾病中的应用进行分析。方法 抽取2015年1月～2016年11月我院的180例心脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象，按照疾病类型将其分为心肌梗死、心力衰竭及脑血栓三组，各有60例，并择取70例健康体检者作为对比组，对四组患者的FT3、FT4、TSH情况进行分析。结果 心肌梗死、心力衰竭及脑血栓三组患者的FT3、FT4检测结果比对比组患者的低，差异明显（P<0.05），而脑血栓组的TSH检测结果则明显高于对比组（P<0.05），其余三组的TSH检测结果与对比组无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 在心脑血管疾病的诊断过程中，甲状腺功能检测确实可以有效鉴别患者的病情，有利于保障诊断的可靠性。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application of thyroid function in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Methods 180 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease were selected from January 2015～2016 year in November in our hospital as the research object，according to the type of disease will be divided into myocardial infarction，heart failure and cerebral thrombosis in three groups，each with 60 cases，and selected 70 healthy subjects as the contrast group，the four groups of patients with FT3，FT4，TSH were analyzed.Results Myocardial infarction，heart failure and cerebral thrombosis in three patients with FT3，FT4 test results than the comparison group of patients is low，significant difference（P<0.05），and the results of TSH detection of cerebral thrombosis group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05），the TSH detection results of the other three groups had no significant difference compared with the comparison group（P>0.05）.Conclusion In the diagnosis of cardiovascular and cardiovascular disease，thyroid function detection can effectively identify the patient's condition，is conducive to ensuring the reliability of diagnosis.

人們生活水平的提高，使得饮食越来越丰富，而且多数人养成了过度吸烟、酗酒等不良的生活习惯，在很大程度上提高了心脑血管疾病的发生率。当前我国每年因为心脑血管疾病而死亡的人数大约有300万人，已经成为了我国总死亡人数的主要病因[1]。如果早期能够对患者进行有效的诊断，及时给予患者针对性的治疗，可以在很大程度上降低死亡率，因此对我院的180例心脑血管疾病患者以及70例健康体检者进行研究，以分析甲状腺功能检测的临床价值，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 选择2015年1月～2016年11月我院的180例心脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象，按照疾病类型将其分为心肌梗死、心力衰竭及脑血栓三组，各有60例，并择取70例健康体检者作为对比组。其中心肌梗死组男有34例，女有26例，年龄为40～68岁，平均年龄为（50.1±5.9）岁；心力衰竭组男有33例，女有27例，年龄为41～69岁，平均年龄为（53.7±4.6）岁；……
