分析消防设备电源监控系统设置的重要性及具体功能

【摘要】火灾事故的频繁发生，在其中充当救护员角色的消防设施在关键时刻无法发挥正常作用，直接或间接导致事故进一步的恶化，造成巨大的财产损失甚至为人员伤亡。这使得人们不得不提高警惕，对于火灾事故，防范于未然。而消防设备在关键时刻无法发挥正常作用，很大一部分原因取决于电源供应不正常。为保证消防设备电源的有效性，需要做好日常维护，然而由于走线以及美观的缘故，消防设备的电源走线多数布于建筑墙内许多无法直接见到的地方，维护繁琐，人工成本高。为实现自动化维护，则需要有监控设备实时监控消防设施的电源状况，并具有通信功能，将状态转发至消防控制室以声光报警的方式通知维护人员。

（1）现代建筑内部，消防报警、防火、灭火系统种类繁多，并分布在建筑内的各个角落。当灾情发生的时候，消防设备能否处于正常的工作状态，直接关系到人民生命财产安全是否得到及时保全。因设备老化、电力中断造成监控设备与防火设备的工作中断，延误了火灾的控制，而发生的悲剧屡见不鲜。因此，针对消防设备电源的监测系统，便出现在人们视野。消防控制室是现代大体量建筑、公众集聚场所建筑和一类高层建筑中消防设施的控制中心。控制着自动报警系统、自动喷洒系统、消防应急广播系统、消防电话系统、防排烟系统、防火分区、防烟分区、气体灭火系统、消火栓系统、事故照明系统等多个系统的操作，是建筑物消防安全的关键所在。……
