电厂土建工程中的混凝土施工技术

【摘要】混凝土工程是当代土建工程中最为重要的组成部分。混凝土质量的好坏，直接关系到结构物的安全，同时也对结构物的造价有很大影响，混凝土工程的施工过程中，必须制定严谨科学的施工规范，提高混凝土整体质量，包括均匀性和完整性，避免由于混凝土生产过程产生的质量波动影响结构物的局部甚至整体外观缺陷。同时，混凝土施工中，混凝土的配料、搅拌、运输、浇筑和养护等也是切实关系到混凝土施工质量最为切实的因素。本文从混凝土施工中的常见问题分析，提出了不同的几个方面讲述了电厂土建工程施工中的混凝土施工技术。

【Abstract】Concrete engineering is the most important part of contemporary civil engineering. Concrete quality is directly related to the safety of the structure， but also on the cost of the structure has a great impact on the concrete construction process， we must develop rigorous scientific construction specifications， improve the overall quality of concrete， including uniformity and Integrity， to avoid the concrete production process due to the quality of fluctuations in the structure of the local or even the overall appearance of defects. At the same time， concrete construction， concrete ingredients， mixing， transportation， pouring and maintenance is also practical to the concrete construction quality of the most practical factors. This paper analyzes the common problems in the construction of concrete， and puts forward the concrete construction technology of civil engineering construction in different aspects.

1. 混凝土施工中的常见问题

（1）水泥水化热的相关影响。

水泥水化热的放热速率及峰值，直接影响了水泥的水化过程，水化过程快，温度收缩大，直接影响了结构物的整体质量，温缩裂缝的产生，是造成结构物质量整体下滑的重要因素，对结构物的耐久性有着极其深远的影响。……
