【摘要】民用建筑暖通系统是日常工作和生活中经常接触的建筑工程系统类型，随着生活品质的提升和工作条件的改善，民用建筑暖通工程成为了整个建筑工程中重要的部分，成为民用建筑施工的的关键。应该对民用建筑暖通工程的施工现状进行全面把握，从地暖工程和通风工程的细节入手，在加强民用建筑暖通工程管控工作的基础上，把好民用建筑暖通工程性能与质量的关口，确保民用建筑暖通工程的性能，实现民用建筑暖通工程的连续稳定运行，为民用建筑使用者提供精品暖通工程，保持民用建筑的舒适空间和优雅环境。
