智能化技术在节能建筑中的应用分析

【摘要】随着科学技术的不断发展和推广，为建筑产业结构的优化调整提供了支持，但是建筑行业的迅速发展对环境造成了一定的恶劣影响，为实现可持续发展，必须大力推动节能建筑。将智能化技术应用于建筑用能管理中，将绿色观念融合到建筑的规划和设计中，设计出安全、舒适、高效的节能建筑，已经成为建筑业在时代发展中的必然产物，也是我国建筑行业未来的发展方向。

【Abstract】With the continuous development and popularization of science and technology， the support for the optimization and adjustment of the construction industry structure has been provided. However， the rapid development of the construction industry has caused some adverse effects on the environment. To achieve sustainable development， energy conservation buildings must be vigorously promoted. The application of intelligent technology in building energy management， the integration of green ideas into the planning and design of buildings， the design of safe， comfortable and efficient energy-saving buildings， construction industry has become the inevitable product of the development of the times， but also China's construction Industry future direction of development.

建筑行業本身就是一个高能耗的行业，近年来随着建筑行业的飞速发展，整体建筑呈现出越来越明显的复杂化、大型化、综合化和智能化特点，但随之而来的，还有急剧上升的能源消耗问题。在发展与制约存在矛盾时，绿色节能建筑成为了发展的必然趋势，并逐渐被大众所接受。建筑智能化是指将建筑的结构、系统、服务和管理通过优化组合的方式建造舒适、安全、高效的建筑物。智能化技术主在建筑中的应用主要包括控制技术、网络技术和数据库技术等等。

1. 智能化技术应用在节能建筑中的意义和现状

（1）目前能源短缺问题日益严峻，此问题不仅是我国发展中面临的难题，更是成为了世界性的难题。面对这样的情况，政府和相关部门一直提倡绿色节能的理念，为响应相关部门的号召，将节能措施落到实处，相关专家学者提出了在建筑行业中应用智能化技术。智能化技术在建筑行业中的应用，对建筑业的节能有着重要的促进作用，既可以在一定程度上缓解能源短缺问题的加剧，也可以满足时代发展对建筑的需求，从而促进国家经济的发展，保护生态环境，建设环境友好型社会。……
