浅谈干挂石材幕墙的施工管理与质量控制

【摘要】我国建筑行业发展非常迅速，在幕墙装饰施工材料上也有了更多的选择，随着幕墙在建筑工程中应用数量不断增多的，人们对幕墙施工质量也越来越重视，在众多幕墙的类型中干挂石材幕墙是应用较多的。在实际建筑施工中，能够影响干挂石材幕墙施工质量因素也有很多，比如设计方案、幕墙材料以及施工质量等，要想将幕墙施工质量控制好，就要从多个方面去找到出现质量的原因，然后采取相应的技术措施，将干挂石材幕墙施工质量控制好。

目前石材干挂在建筑材料中占有相当大的比例，并且具有逐年上升的趋势。诸多商业、办公、住宅等工程应用石材幕墙，使建筑整体外观大气，细部平衡兼顾、层次多样、线条变化丰富挺拔。面对石材干挂的迅猛发展，由于国内石材干挂施工单位的技术人员素质相对较低，使得工程施工存在着诸多隐患，譬如安全质量、技术难题等。

1. 干挂石材幕墙的设计与施工

1.1石材幕墙工程设计，需委托具有相应资质的设计单位进行设计，且需加强幕墙设计单位与主体结构设计单位的沟通协调，确保幕墙设计与主体结构设计的协调性、安全性保持一致。目前诸多的石材幕墙，其实是属于干挂石材，并非真正意义上的幕墙，真正意义上的石材幕墙应是可移动、可拆装式的。石材幕墙在国外已大量采用，而在国内尚属新兴类型。干挂石材幕墙是利用耐腐蚀、高强度的连接固定件把饰面龙骨与花岗石连接，并且用金属支架组成的横竖龙骨通过埋件连接固定在外墙表面。……
