市政给排水管道施工中质量控制措施探讨

【摘要】现代化进程越来越快，人们生活水平不断提高，对市政工程建设提出了更高的要求，其中给排水管道是城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分，在施工过程中，如果给排水管道的施工处理不好，其安全性就难以得到保障。进而也无法顺利保障后期的运行质量，甚至会对城市居民的正常生活秩序造成不良的影响。本文分析了给排水管道在施工过程中存在的问题，进而提出了质量控制的措施。

Discussion on Quality Control Measures in Construction of Municipal Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline

【Abstract】Modernization process is getting faster and faster， people's living standards continue to improve， the construction of municipal engineering put forward higher requirements， including water supply and drainage pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure construction， in the construction process， if the construction of drainage pipes Bad， its security will be difficult to be protected. And then can not successfully guarantee the quality of the latter part of the operation， and even the normal life of urban residents will cause adverse effects. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction process of the water supply and drainage pipelines， and then puts forward the measures of quality control.

城市市政工程给排水管道是城市正常运行的命脉，在城市防洪、排涝及污染防治等方面起着关键作用。但就当前我国城市市政工程管道给排水施工实际情况来看，仍旧存在较多问题，这严重制约了城市现代化进程，影响到人们的正常生活。本文针对施工过程中出现的问题进行分析并提出相应的解决措施。

1. 我国城市给排水管道施工中存在的问题

（1）排水管道位置偏移或积水。由于測量差错，施工走样和意外的避让原有构筑物，在平面上产生位置偏移，立面上产生积水甚至倒坡现象。

（2）排水管道渗漏水，闭水试验不合格。由于基础不均匀下沉，管材及其接口施工质量差、闭水段端头封堵不严密、井体施工质量差等原因均可产生漏水现象。

（3）钢管腐蚀。在钢管安装时，施工单位不做防腐或只做外防腐，防腐材料不合格，工艺低下，防腐前未做除锈，后果将缩短使用寿命。
