公路工程施工质量管理的重要性与价值

【摘要】我国的公路建设事业近年来取得了突破性的进展，随着经济体制改革形势的逐步深化以及公路建设事业的迅速发展，与过去的公路工程施工质量管理相比，现代的公路工程施工质量管理的内涵变得更加丰富，其不但在很大程度上受到经济、组织、技术和思想等诸多方而的制约，而且兼有顾问、控制、咨询、参谋等多层涵义，还广泛的涉及到技术关学、行为科学以及工程法规等因素。由此可见，探索出适合我国国情及公共施工特点的质量保证体系、质量管理方式，有着非常重要的现实价值。

現代公路的工程施工，在内涵上己变得相当丰富。在公路建设上强调审美功能与实用功能的统一，在检测手段上，当下的工程建设检测手段多样，既有以计量原则为主要的检测标准，又有多种数据和要求为辅助的标准，这便要求各级公路部门、建设单位和监管部门要建立健全检测部门和专业的检测人员，另外在技术的培训上面也发生了很大的变化，技术人员要不断学习、理解和掌握新技术、新工艺、新理论以达到对于人才的需要。
