建筑工程项目管理中的成本控制研究

【摘要】近些年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，加快了城镇化的进程，作为高资源消耗量的建筑业也发展迅速。在建筑工程项目的建设过程中，通常要对工程进度、质量、成本等进行全方位的管理。而作为项目管理重点内容的工程成本管理，不仅仅涉及到企业的利润，同时也体现了施工单位的管理水平，如何做好成本管理对于一个项目来说是非常重要的。本文介绍了项目成本控制管理的意义，并结合A服饰公司新建的仓储中心工程实践，详细分析了项目各个阶段的成本控制要点，并提出相应的解决措施来进行成本管理，为项目成本管理提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the rapid development of China's economy， accelerating the process of urbanization， as a high resource consumption of the construction industry has developed rapidly. In the construction of construction projects， usually on the progress of the project， quality， cost and so on all-round management. And as the focus of project management project cost management， not only related to the profits of enterprises， but also reflects the construction unit management level， how to do cost management for a project is very important. This paper introduces the significance of project cost control management， combined with the new storage center engineering practice of A apparel company， analyzes the cost control points of each stage of the project in detail， and puts forward the corresponding measures to carry out cost management and provide reference for project cost management And reference.

1. 前言

建筑工程项目管理主要包括质量控制、进度控制、成本控制等。随着我国经济的快速发展，建筑业也获得了蓬勃的发展，使得行业内的竞争越来越激烈。在确保工程项目质量和进度的前提下，如何做好对项目成本的控制，实现经济利益的最大化已经成为施工企业非常关注的问题。而整个项目的成本控制需要多方共同参与，如业主方、设计方、施工方等。在项目实施的每个阶段都应该注意相应的成本控制要点，并采取合适的手段来进行成本控制，这样才能增加建筑企業的利润，提高企业的综合竞争力。

2. 项目工程概况

本文结合A服饰公司新建的仓储中心项目作为工程实践，该仓储中心：长215mX宽206m，单层（局部二层），建筑面积为54810m2，全钢结构，檐口高度为10.5m，库区、作业区等地坪采用专用地面密封固化剂，防火隔墙均采用150mm 厚YTONG砂加气混凝土板。……
