公路工程的现场管理工作分析

【摘要】在公路工程的建设施工过程中，施工现场的管理工作对公路工程质量以及安全中起着重要性的作用。所以，根据实际公路施工的实际经验，在公路施工的现场管理中要根据具体的内容以及具体的施工方案、方法进行分析和总结的基础下，保障公路工程施工质量与施工进度。

社会的发展以及交通事业发达和进步，公路工程现在已经成为了城市规划的重点工程，以及得到了社会各界的关注焦点，公路总里程也在逐年的增长，其中也包括县乡级别的公路建设，也得到了当地政府和人民的支持，并在不断的发展中。所以，高速公路发展现状对于公路工程的建设数量与质量要求都很高，其促进了交通事业的发展。因此，对于公路工程施工质量都需要进行严格的管理。针对公路工程的施工单位，需要从工程的各个建设阶段进行有效的管理控制，及时的把握工程质量，最好的控制公路施工质量最有效的方法就是对公路施工的现场进行妥善的管理与控制。本文根据实际经验，对公路工程的现场管理等问题进行专门化的探讨。
