路桥工程的施工监理分析

【摘要】在道路桥梁工程施工中监理的作用是非常重要的，是保证工程顺利实施的关键，能够影响到道路桥梁工程的安全运行以及人们的行车安全。本文首先探讨了道路桥梁施工监理的重要性，然后对做好桥梁工程施工监理的相关措施进行探讨，以加强对道路桥梁工程施工的控制，保证工程建设质量。

【Abstract】The role of supervision in the construction of road and bridge works is very important. It is the key to ensure the smooth implementation of the project， which can affect the safe operation of road and bridge works and the safety of people. This paper first discusses the importance of road bridge construction supervision， and then discusses the relevant measures to do the construction supervision of bridge engineering in order to strengthen the control of road and bridge construction and ensure the quality of construction.

随着经济的快速发展，道路桥梁施工规模和数量不断扩大，同时也对施工质量要求提出了越来越高的要求。在各类道路桥梁施工过程中，要想保证施工质量，不仅需要靠施工单位科学组织、合理安排，保证施工作业顺序进行，更重要的还需要各级监理单位对桥梁施工质量、安全、进度、投资等情况进行全程监督控制与管理。笔者具体分析了在桥梁工程施工中监理所起到的重要作用，提出相关工作原则和处理程序，进一步总结了加强施工质量监理的要点和方法，为其他监理和施工单位提供借鉴和帮助。

1. 加强道路桥梁施工监理的重要性

各类道路桥梁施工的时候，涉及的内容相当复杂，地质、水文、环境、气候和机械设备等多方面因素，均对工程质量有一定影响和制约，这种情况下，就需要工程监理参与施工全程，监督管理也是保证工程质量必不缺少措施。监理单位通过有效的措施和方法，结合法律法规依法对施工活动进行监督和管理，对桥梁施工涉及到的每一道程序和每一个环节严格把关，确保工程进度和质量符合设计标准要求，只有实施合理科学的监督管理，才能保证施工质量保证工程进度。……
