浅谈智能化工程总包管理及智能化工程深化设计

【摘要】本文讨论了在智能化工程深化设计及实现总承包管理的一些特点，阐述了在智能化工程深化设计中常见问题及工作流程。并对智能化总包管理中应该着重注意的问题进行了分析，并对智能化项目成功的一些关键因素进行了总结。

【Abstract】This paper discusses some of the characteristics of deepening the design and implementation of general contracting management in intelligent engineering， and expounds the common problems and working processes in the intelligent engineering deepening design. And analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in the management of intelligent total package， and summarizes some key factors of the success of intelligent projects.

1. 引言

1.1选题背景和意义。

（1）随着经济的发展，人们对生活环境的安全、高效、舒适提出了要求，应运而生的楼宇智能化技术目前在我国各类建筑中得到了广泛应用，它是集建筑技术、计算机技术、自动化技术、通信技术以及系统集成技术为一体的一个新兴但发展又十分迅猛的技术领域。

（2）中冶集团近年来涉及公、民用建筑领域的项目越来越广泛，会展项目、文化体育场馆项目、市政项目、民用住宅项目等，这些项目中建筑智能化系统的建设也成为了必不可少的内容，因此在这样的内外部环境下如何更好的进行建筑智能化系统建设，对于集团在民建领域内更好的发展就成为了一个重要的研究课题，本文即以此为出发点对于智能化建筑系统项目的管理和系统的深化设计两个方面做一些探讨。
