全程护理干预对老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝患者术后的应用分析

[摘要] 目的 研究老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝患者在术后行全程护理干预措施的临床效果。方法 选取该院2013年6月—2016年6月期间所收治的30例老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝患者作为该次研究对象，按照计算机表法将其平均分为研究组（n=15）和对照组（n=15），对照组患者行常规护理，研究组患者行全程护理干预，对比分析两组患者的疾病恢复情况。 结果 研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，血糖改善情况明显优于对照组，且住院时间短于对照组，疼痛度评分明显少于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 全程护理干预应用在老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝患者术后的护理中效果明显，能够有效减轻患者并发症的出现，减轻对患者造成的额痛苦，值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the elderly diabetic patients with inguinal hernia in line after all the clinical effect of nursing intervention measures. Methods Our hospital from June 2013 to June 2013 during the 30 cases treated by the elderly diabetic patients with inguinal hernia as the research object， according to its average computer table method divided into research group （n=15） and the control group （n=15）， control group patients with routine nursing care， patients with team the whole nursing intervention， compared two groups of patients with disease recovery. Results The team and nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of control group， the blood sugar to improve the situation was better than control group， and the length of time is shorter than the control group， the pain rating significantly less than the control group， the clear difference in the two groups （P<0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing intervention all the applications in elderly inguinal hernia patients postoperative nursing of diabetic effect is obvious， patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications， reduce the amount of pain for patients， is worthy of application.

随着医学技术的不断发展，老年糖尿病的治愈程度越来越高，但是在老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝的手术治疗中，腹股沟疝的治愈在临床中存在一定的难度，因此，应该加强对患者的护理，以此减轻患者的痛苦。当前，临床中出现一种新型的护理措施——全程护理干预[1]，该方法能够有效减轻患者的心理压力，减少患者的感染機会，并且在促进患者心理健康康复方面存在明显优势。该文特此对3年来所收治的30例老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝患者行全程护理干预措施的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将该院2013年6月—2016年6月期间所收治的30例老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝患者作为该次研究对象，按照计算机表法将其平均分为研究组和对照组，每组患者各15例，所有患者均符合老年糖尿病合并腹股沟疝的诊断标准[2]。……
