大学生心理危机预防与干预措施探析

【摘 要】通过案例分析的形式，对大学生心里危机预防和干预的措施进行了探析，认为：一个问题孩子的背后往往有一个问题家庭；“五个早”防御机制至关重要；信息渠道的疏通和信息员的培训质量是基础；对于学生的任何一个小问题都不能掉以轻心，要建立一套完整的干预方案，并长期跟踪，做到早发现，早干预；用心关爱学生，把学生当成自己的亲人，去理解他们，包容他们，你会得到意想不到的收获。对于学生的心理问题要循序渐进，慢慢引导，长期跟踪，才能得到想要的效果。

【Abstract】Through the case analysis， the author analyzes the measures of prevention and intervention of college students heart crisis， and points out that there is often a problem family in the back of a problem. The “five early” defense mechanism is very important； The quality of the training of the information staff is the foundation； for any of the students a little problem can not be taken lightly， to establish a complete set of intervention programs， and long-term follow， so early detection， early intervention； care for students， the students as their loved ones， To understand them， to accommodate them， you will get an unexpected harvest. For students psychological problems to be gradual， slowly guide， long-term tracking， in order to get the desired effect.

1 案例簡介

由于一起隔壁宿舍同学的自杀事件，使得A同学产生了恐惧心理，夜不能寐，晚上用被子把自己整个人都捂住，还是害怕，睡不着，即使白天也不敢一个人在寝室，对各种声音和物体特别敏感，对自己所听到的和看到的都会持怀疑的态度，认为那是“脏东西”，这种状态严重影响了她的生活和学习，连续两个晚上凌晨一两点给辅导员打电话说害怕，让辅导员陪她聊天。经过近一个月的跟踪干预，A同学成功战胜了恐惧的心理，恢复了正常的生活。

2014年9月20日，A同学凌晨两点多给辅导员打电话，她的第一句话就是：老师，我害怕，睡不着，她们（室友）都睡了，叫她们不理我，我好害怕。半夜接到电话第一句话听到这样的话，也把辅导员吓出了冷汗，处在深睡期的辅导员顿时睡意全无，从床上坐起来，稳定好自己的情绪问她：怎么了？……
