污水处理公司的集约化管理应用

摘要：随着我国经济的迅速发展，城市化进程也不断扩大、工业建设也不断增加。因此如何有效处理城市、工业等污水也成为城市环境保护的重中之重。因此对于污水处理公司而言责任是重大的，而如何运行管理直接关系到该地区经济功能的实现与环境的保护。所以引进适合自己公司的集约化管理是十分有必要的，即实现政府与企业双赢的局面，还起到对环境保护的作用，这对于企业本身的未来发展是具有重要意义的。因此本文将在着重针对处理公司的集约化管理优势及作用进一步进行探析，以促进我国污水处理管理系统的发展。

Abstract：With the rapid development of Chinas economy， the process of urbanization is also expanding， industrial construction is also increasing. Therefore， how to effectively deal with urban and industrial wastewater has become the top priority of urban environmental protection. Therefore， it is of great importance to the sewage treatment company， and how to run the management is directly related to the realization of the economic function and environmental protection. So it is necessary to introduce the intensive management is suitable for the company， the government and enterprises achieve win-win situation， but also play a role on environmental protection， which is of great significance for the future development of the enterprise itself. Therefore， this article will focus on the intensive management of the company to further explore the advantages and effects， in order to promote the development of Chinas sewage treatment management system.

随着人们收入、生活水平的不断提高，在“以人为本”的社会发展宗旨下，政府对污水处理的标准越来越高，人们也更加注重身心健康，且对于环境的质量与保护意识也越发的高。而社会经济的发展离不开工业发展，从而导致污水的排放量也越来越大，因此如何协调环境与污水处理是污水处理公司的头号任务，而且它工作的运行与管理的好坏甚至关乎到我国政经发展。所以污水处理公司想要适应社会的发展以及获得可持续竞争力必须要不断的去陈更新，把不利于企业发展的因素完善或者弃掉，并引进先进的管理模式及技术[1，3]。因此将高效能低成本的集约化管理模式引进企业管理中来便是明智的管理策略，且这无疑是符合我国社会主义发展及对于实现企业经济效益与社会综合是具有重要的战略意义。……
