现代建筑中关于节能设计的研究策略

摘要：在低碳、绿色建筑发展背景之下，建筑节能成为了社会经济可持续化发展的重要内容，建筑设计中的节能设计成为了人们关注的焦点，尤其是随着我国城市化进程的脚步加快，建设节能设计的比重将继续提升，鉴于我国能源供应不足和环境保护任务迫切的情况下，建筑施工单位要快速推进建筑的节能设计工作，关注影响建筑节能设计的相关因素，筛选影响较大的建筑节能指标，并加以分析和研究，从而提出相应的解决对策。本文将主要就现代建筑中关于节能设计的研究方法进行分析和探讨。

隨着人类文明的发展，生态环境在人类科技、经济高速发展中遭到严重破坏，生态环境危机一次又一次地向人类敲响警钟。由此人类提出了关于“节能”的环境保护理念，在各个领域内得到广泛实施，建筑方面也不能独善其身，在建筑工程中采用节能技术，就是应对环境问题的有力方案。节能设计既是关于控制论，同时也是一个系统论的问题。在建筑业，工程已经由最开始建筑设施利用率最大化转变为建筑要满足人类对于适用、美观等多样化的需求，也是社会可持续发展的需求。

1 建筑节能的概念和意义

建筑节能是落实以人为本，全面协调、可持续发展观，减轻环境污染，实现人与自然和谐发展的重要举措。建筑行业中产生的能耗主要是在建筑和使用过程中的总消耗，在这个总消耗领域之内，主要是通风、采暖、空调的能耗，它们占据建筑能耗的绝大部分比例。……
