心律失常（室性早搏）患者采用益气养阴活血汤与西药治疗的临床效果

[摘要] 目的 参照益气养阴活血汤与西药治疗室性早搏的臨床效果。方法 方便选取2014年8月—2017年1月该院收治心律失常（室性早搏）患者80例作为研究对象，随机进行均等划分，参照组（n=40，常规西药治疗）及实验组（n=40，益气养阴活血汤+西药治疗），对比两组疗效及中医证候积分，对比两组临床疗效。结果 实验组临床治疗总有效率为95.00%，显著高于参照组的67.50%（P<0.05）；治疗后实验组中医证侯积分为（17.97±2.31）分明显优于参照组（26.65±1.56）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组总不良反应发生率为2.5%（1/40），参照组为12.50%（5/40），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 益气养阴活血汤与西药治疗，具有较高治疗效果，改善中医证候积分，具有较高价值。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction and Western medicine premature beat. Methods Convenient selection from August 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital， arrhythmia （VPCs） in 80 patients as the research object， randomly divided equally， the reference group （n=40， conventional western medicine treatment） and experimental group （n=40， Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction plus Western medicine treatment）， compared two groups of curative effect and TCM syndrome score， were compared between the two groups the clinical curative effect. Results The clinical total effective rate was 95%， significantly higher than that of the control group 67.50% （P<0.05）； the experimental group after treatment TCM syndrome score was （17.97±2.31）points was significantly better than the control group （26.65±1.56）% （P<0.05）； the experimental group total adverse reaction rate was 2.5%（1/40）， control group was 12.50%（5/40）（P<0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction and Western medicine treatment， has a higher therapeutic effect， improve TCM syndrome score， with high value.

心律失常属于心血管科中一种较为常见的疾病，冠心病、心力衰竭与高血压性心脏病是引发该疾病出现的主要原因[1]。该疾病在临床上主要表现为乏力、胸闷、心跳骤停以及心慌，严重的情况下还会促使患者晕厥。早搏属于心律失常的一种，包括室性早搏与房性早搏，室性早搏会促使患者出现心悸、心脏停跳感，部分患者还会伴有心前区不适、乏力、胸闷等现象出现，对患者生活造成了严重影响，因此需要及时寻找一种有效方式对其进行治疗[2]。该院采用益气养阴活血汤与西药治疗心律失常（室性早搏）患者，现方便选取2014年8月—2017年1月该院收治心律失常（室性早搏）患者80例作为研究对象，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选取该院收治心律失常（室性早搏）患者80例作为研究对象。随机分为2组，实验组40例患者中，男性：女性为29：11；年龄31～78岁，平均年龄（62.96±1.69）岁；重度为16例，中度为14例，轻度为10例；基础疾病：6例为肺心病，10例为心肌炎，13例为高血压，11例为冠心病。……
