优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的应用观察

[摘要]目的 探析优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的110例产后出血的妊娠高血压综合征产妇为研究对象，随机分为对照组及观察组，其中对照组51例，采用常规护理，观察组59例，在对照组基础上实行优质护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者在舒张压、收缩压、生存质量评分、产后出血视觉模拟评分上明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 为产后出血的妊娠高血压综合征产妇实行优质护理可极大改善其身体体质，并对血压进行有效控制，可在临床治疗中大力推广。

[Abstract]Objective To explore application of high quality nursing care in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 110 cases of postpartum hemorrhage maternal with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group （n=51） and the observation group （n=59）.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing，while patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in diastolic blood pressure，systolic blood pressure，quality of life score，visual analogue score and blood pressure control rate，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The high quality nursing care for postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with high blood pressure can greatly improve their physical fitness， and effective control of blood pressure，can be vigorously promoted in clinical treatment.

妊娠高血压综合征作为产妇在其妊娠期所出现的一种疾病，涵盖妊娠期高血压、子痫、慢性高血压合并子痫前期等症[1]。有相关研究显示[2]，该病在国内发病率为9%，在国外则为8%～10%，该病对母婴健康影响较大，同时也是造成孕产妇与新生儿患病、死亡的主要诱因。而患有妊娠高血压综合征的产妇如有产后出血现象，则同样危及到产妇的生命安全，为此则需对其施以优质护理，以改善产妇的产后生活质量。本研究对110例出现产后出血的妊娠高血压综合征产妇进行护理对照实验研究，以探讨优质护理对该类型患者的护理实效，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取本院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的110例产后出血的妊娠高血压综合征产妇为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组51例及观察组59例。对照组产妇中，年龄24～37岁，平均（31.3±4.3）岁；孕龄30～38周，平均（36.1±3.7）周；体重48～60 kg，平均（53.3±2.1）kg。观察组产妇中，年龄25～37岁，平均（32.4±3.9）岁；……
