摘要:本文针对超大体积水下混凝土施工过程中的要点进行论述,分别从封底前准备工作、平台搭设、布料点设置及浇筑顺序等方面进行阐明与分析。在封底前准备工作中,要注意基底隔离这道工序,对封底质量起关键性作用;布料点的设置应遵循导管的累加作用区域实现全覆盖,相邻作用区域有所重叠的原则;浇筑顺序采取先四角,再四周,随后向中间逐步推进的水下混凝土封底工艺。
Abstract: In this paper, the main points of the construction process of extra large concrete underwater are discussed, and the preparation work, platform erection, laying point setting and pouring order are expounded and analyzed respectively. In the preparation work before the back cover, pay attention to the base isolation of this process, the back cover the quality of the key role; cloth point should be set to follow the cumulative role of the catheter to achieve full coverage, adjacent areas of the overlap of the principle; Take the first four corners, and then four weeks, then to the middle of the progressive advance of the underwater concrete back cover process.

1 钢围堰封底施工
以某桥为例,钢围堰封底混凝土为C25水下混凝土,厚度为4.9m,总方量为5700m3,浇注方量较大。整个封底混凝土将一次浇注完成,如此可保证封底混凝土浇注质量及封底效果。封底施工采用2个中央集料斗,多导管布置,先四角,再四周,随后向中间逐步推进的水下混凝土封底工艺。
完成钢围堰下放后,应清理围堰内壁及护筒外壁,在护筒顶口搭设封底平台,并在指定位置设置28根灌注导管,预先卡挂在封底平台上。考虑钢围堰结构的对称性,将2个中央集料斗临时固定在相应位置,然后搭设脚手架,并针对每个导管位置布置1条溜槽。封底混凝土开始施工时,向中央集料斗集中供料,待料斗中混凝土满足首灌要求后,中央集料斗针对1个导管进行开盘并持续补料,待混凝土标高度达到要求时,则换下一个导管重新开盘,不断循环往复,直至封底完成。……
