应用型高校大学生创新创业研究初探

摘要：本文提出了应用型高校大学生创业教育的内涵，从适应当前就业形势和培养创新型人才两个角度阐述了应用型高校大学生创业教育的必要性，分析了应用型高校大学生创业教育存在的问题，最后从转变教育观念、设置创业教育课程、加强实践基地建设、开展创业实践活动、建设精良的师资队伍五个方面提出了应用型高校大学生创业教育的途径。

Abstract： This paper presents the connotation of entrepreneurship education of college students in application-oriented university， expounds the necessity of entrepreneurship education of college students from two aspects of adapting to the current employment situation and the cultivation of innovative talents， analyzes the problems， and finally puts forward the ways of entrepreneurship education from five aspects of the transformation of education concepts， entrepreneurship education curriculums， strengthening the practice base construction， carrying out entrepreneurial practice， building a team of excellent teachers.

0 引言

2014年9月，在达沃斯论坛上，李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”的号召，掀起了全民创业的热潮。作为应用型高校，如何顺应时代的特点，适应市场的需求，迎接挑战，以培养大学生的创新精神和创业能力为重点，开展创业教育，教会大学生创业，是符合我国经济体制改革要求和国情的，也是应用型教育改革的一个重要方面。

1 应用型高校大学生创业教育的内涵

联合国教科文组织于20世纪80年代末，在面向21世纪国际教育发展趋势研讨会上，提出了“创业教育”（enterprise education）这一新的教育概念。创业教育就是培养学生创业意识、创业素质、创业技能的教育活动，即培养学生适应社会生存，提高能力，以及进行自我创业的方法与途径。应用型高校以应用性教育与经济社会发展为结合点，培养应用性人才。在应用型高校的大学生中开展创业教育，适应了知识经济的发展，拓宽了大学生的就业门路。
