重庆綦江区重点中药资源调查分析及可持续利用建议

摘要：目的 根据第四次全国中药资源普查试点工作要求，调查綦江区重点中药资源现状，并分析其当前资源量及质量等相关问题，为可持续利用重点中药资源提出意见和建议。方法 利用GPS、数码相机等，采取样地+线路+半开放式访谈的调查方法，对綦江区中药资源进行调查。结果 参照第四次全国中药资源普查重点调查中药材名录，调查到綦江区有国家重点药材102种，涵盖53科99属。其中野生重点药材82种，栽培重点药材20种。结论 綦江区重点中药资源丰富，但存在种类多、资源量小、野外采挖严重、栽培不规范及数量和质量不稳定等问题。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the key TCM resources in Qijiang District； To analyze the current problems in the resources and quality of TCM resources according to the requirements of the fourth national survey of TCM resources； To ultimately put forward the comments and suggestions for sustainable usage of these key TCM resources. Methods Through the combination of the GPS， digital camera and sample plots + lines and semi-open interviews， the TCM resources of Qijiang District were investigated. Results Referring to the list of key TCM resources in the fourth national survey， there were 102 kinds of national key Chinese materia medica in the survey， belonging to 53 families and 99 genera， in which there were 82 kinds of wild Chinese meteria medica， 20 kinds of cultivation of key Chinese materia medica. Conclusion The key TCM resources in Qijiang District are rich， but there are problems of many kinds of resources with small amount of resources， serious excavation in the field， irregular cultivation， unstable quantity and quality.

1 綦江區自然地理概况

綦江地处四川盆地东南边缘与云贵高原结合部，介于华蓥山帚状山脉向南、大娄山脉向北延伸之间，属喀斯特地貌，地势南部高、北部低，边缘高、腹地低。有中山、低山、深丘、浅丘和槽谷5大类地形，而以山地、丘陵为主。其中山地占67.6%，丘陵占32.4%。境内海拔高度188～1814 m，全区平均海拔920 m，属中亚热带湿润气候区，具有副热带东亚季风特点。年平均气温18.8 ℃，平均降水量1071 mm，无霜期344 d。全区森林覆盖率39.6%，800 m以上的西部、南部中山为针叶林、针阔混交林、常绿落叶阔叶混交林，海拔500～800 m地区主要为针叶林、常绿阔叶林，海拔500 m以下地区多为零星的灌木林。

2 调查方法及内容
