谭庆刚辨治乳腺癌术后经验

摘要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，严重影响妇女身心健康甚至危及生命。中医药治疗该病的作用越来越受到重视，尤其是在乳腺癌术后并发症的治疗中，许多名老中医有独到的见解。谭庆刚老师是湖北省恩施州名老中医，擅长中医杂病的诊治，本文总结了谭老师治疗乳腺癌术后的经验。

Abstract： Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women， which affects female physical and mental health seriously， and even has a life-threatening effect. TCM plays a more and more important role in the treatment of breast cancer today. Many veteran TCM doctors hold unique opinions about it， especially for postoperative complications. Doctor TAN Qing-gang is one of the most famous and experienced TCM doctors in the field of TCM in Enshi， Hubei Province. He is expert in the diagnosis and treatment on miscellaneous diseases of TCM. This article summarized the experience of Doctor TAN in treatment for postoperative breast cancer.

乳腺癌属中医学“乳岩”范畴。《妇人大全良方》记载了乳岩初期及晚期症状和病因。近年来，本病呈现发病年轻及发病率上升趋势，外科手术是首选治疗方法，但术后放化疗等存在严重不良反应，因此中医药参与乳腺癌术后治疗有其特殊意义。谭庆刚是湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州名老中医，长期从事临床和教学工作，素崇《内经》之理，宗仲景之法，善用温阳益气之药，在辨证与辨病相结合基础上，对内伤杂病的诊治有自己独到见解。笔者随师侍诊，获益良多。兹结合乳腺癌术后案例，将其相关经验介绍如下。

1 典型病例

患者，女，72岁，2014年4月14日初诊。3年前发现右侧胸壁一肿块，约花生米大小，无疼痛、发热、心慌胸闷等不适。7年前曾行“右侧乳腺癌根治术”，患者拒绝再行手术治疗。专科检查示：右侧胸壁上可见长约20 cm陈旧性手术疤痕，疤痕内侧端可扪及约3 cm×4 cm质软肿块，边界尚清，活动度欠佳，左乳及双侧腋窝未扪及肿块。刻下：右侧胸壁疼痛不适，精神不振，饮食欠佳，大小便正常，舌质淡
