菟丝子总黄酮不同提取方法比较

摘要 [目的]筛选菟丝子总黄酮的提取方法，为充分利用开发菟丝子总黄酮资源提供科学依据。[方法]采用回流提取法、冷浸法、超声提取法、微波辅助萃取法、索氏提取法5种方法提取菟丝子中总黄酮含量，以芦丁为对照品，通过紫外分光光度法对总黄酮的含量进行精密测定，对提取效率进行综合比较。[结果]5种提取方法所得总黄酮含量从大到小依次为回流提取法（31.24 mg/g）、微波辅助萃取法（16.84 mg/g）、索氏提取法（12.82 mg/g）、超声提取法（9.74 mg/g）、冷浸法（8.88 mg/g），回流提取法所得总黄酮含量最高。[结论]回流提取法应用于菟丝子总黄酮的提取，具有提取速度快、提取效率高的优点。

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to screen the extraction methods of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis，and provide scientific basis for the development of total flavones resources in Cuscuta chinesis.[Method]Five kinds of extraction methods：reflux extraction method，cold maceration method，ultrasonic extraction method，microwave assisted extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method were used to extrant the content of total flavonoids in Cuscuta chinesis，rutin as a reference substance，the content of total flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry，and the extraction efficiency was compared comprehensively.[Result]The content of total flavoniods gained by five kinds of extraction method was followed by：refluxing extraction method （31.24 mg/g）>microwave assisted extraction method （16.84 mg/g）> Soxhlet extraction method （12.82 mg/g）>ultrasonic extraction method （9.74 mg/g）>cold maceration method （8.88 mg/g），the content of total flavonoids was the highest by refluxing extraction method.

[Conclusion]The refluxing extraction method is applied to the extraction of Cuscuta chinesis total flavonoids，which has the advantage of extraction speed and high extraction effciency.

菟丝子为旋花科植物南方菟丝子（Cuscuta australis R.Br.）或菟丝子（Cuscuta chinesis Lam.）的干燥成熟种子，味辛、甘，平，归肾、肝、脾经，具有补益肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎明目、止泻的功效[1]。经现代研究表明，菟丝子含黄酮类、多糖、木脂素等化学成分，其中主要為黄酮类成分[2-3]。有研究表明，菟丝子提取物在抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、调节免疫、壮阳等方面具有重要的药理活性[4-7]。近年来对菟丝子总黄酮提取工艺的研究有一些报道，一般采用回流提取法、超声提取法、冷浸法、微波辅助萃取法、索氏提取法、闪式提取等方法提取菟丝子中总黄酮[8-11]。笔者在前人研究的基础上，分别采用回流提取法、超声提取法、冷浸法、微波辅助提取法、索氏提取法5种方法来提取菟丝子中总黄酮，以芦丁为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法（UV）测定菟丝子的总黄酮含量，以菟丝子总黄酮含量为指标，确定其最佳提取方法，为菟丝子中黄酮类化合物的提取提供理论依据。
