钢铁企业开展降尘达标攻关工作综合防治粉尘无组织排放

摘要：粉尘无组织排放是钢铁企业污染排放的重要部分。由于相应的排放标准、监管措施不到位，很多企业仍面临很严重的粉尘无组织排放问题。做好粉尘无组织排放的预防与治理工作，使其排放量降到最低限度，对优化钢铁企业污染物真实排放水平有重要意义。在分析钢铁企业生产各工序粉尘排放特点的基础上，对三安钢铁开展厂区降尘量达标攻关工作，综合防治粉尘无组织排放进行实例案例分析，总结其成功做法和实践经验，与同行进行交流探讨。

Abstract： Dust unorganized emission is a vital part of Iron and steel enterprises pollution discharging . Many enterprises face serious dust unorganized emission for corresponding effluent standard and supervisory measures are not in place . It is vital for optimizing real pollution discharging level of Iron and steel enterprises to prepare the work of prevention and controlling dust unorganized emission well. On the basis of analyzing the features of enterprises every production processes， tackling a key work on reducing dustfall pollution at SAN AN Iron and steel enterprise， studying living examples on preventing and controlling dust unorganized emission， summarizing its successful practical experiences and sharing with other partners .

钢铁厂内的粉尘无组织排放是一种可视化和可感官的扬尘污染，其主要危害和影响是对周边居住环境的破坏和对城市景观的损坏，极易引起居民的反感、厌恶和抱怨，最终降低居民的生活质量[1]。随着人们日益重视工业经济发展带来的环境问题，国家环保主管部门开始重点对钢铁企业内粉尘无组织排放污染进行整治[2]。

实践证明，钢铁厂粉尘无组织排放治理，靠单一防治措施是难以奏效的，必须采取多种技术措施综合防治才能取得比较理想的效果[3-4]。为控制厂区粉尘无组织排放，三安钢铁通过开展厂区降尘量达标攻关工作，采用降尘监测方式，对粉尘无组织排放程度进行量化，同时开展厂区粉尘无组织排放源点调查，推动各项降尘削减措施实施。本文结合三安钢铁采取降尘量达标攻关工作推动治理粉塵污染的改造工程实践经验。……
