论电梯的电气控制系统故障

【摘要】我国已成为电梯使用量最大的国家，电梯的安全运行关系到人民群众的生命财产安全。电梯在使用过程中经常频繁出现电气控制系统故障，为保证电梯的可靠运行，迅速地排除电气故障，延长电气线路和电气设备的使用寿命，文章对电梯电气控制系统常见故障原因进行了分析。阐述了在电梯检验过程中发现的电气控制中存在的问题，希望电梯制造企业在设计、制造和安装调试过程中加以重视，以提高我国电梯运行的安全性能。

【Abstract】China has become the largest use of elevators in the country， the safe operation of the elevator is related to the lives and property of the people. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the elevator， the electrical fault is quickly eliminated and the service life of the electrical circuit and electrical equipment is prolonged. In this paper， the causes of common faults in the elevator electrical control system are analyzed. This paper expounds the existing problems in the electrical control found in the elevator inspection process， and hopes that the elevator manufacturing enterprises will pay attention to the design， manufacture and installation of the debugging process to improve the safety performance of the elevator operation in China.

1. 前言

（1）《电梯制造与安装安全规范）gb7588-2003第12.4.3.1条规定：切断制动器电流，至少应用2个独立的电气装置来实现，不论这些装置与用来切断电梯驱动主机电流的电气装置是否为一体。当电梯停止时，如果其中一个接触器的主触点未打开最迟到下一次运行方向改变时，应防止电梯再运行。

（2）电梯必须停机修理故障中，电气控制系统故障占全部故障的80%～90% 月前电梯所选的电器元件基本上是一般的机床电器，其结构特点、使用寿命、技术指标等均不能完全适应电梯运行的要求。尤其是继电器、接触器组成的有触点控制的电梯，其接头和触头敏众多，因而事故也比较多，因此电梯故障嗡测保护器已成为电梯不可能缺少的配套装置。一般要求保护器能实时检测被监测电梯的工作及外电源的当前状况，对当前的状况进行实时智能分析，尽可能给出确切结果，对结果不能确定的问题提供警报，要求人工干预，切断电梯拖动及检测到的外电源，提供保护器电源参与援救，包括拖动轿厢到平层，开门放客，提供语言报警、关门，电梯返回基站，可見电源系统是保护器的关键。……
