节能技术在工民建工程施工中的运用分析

【摘要】本文首先对工民建工程建设中所应用的节能技术进行了概述，然后谈了谈当前工民建工程的发展现状，最后对节能技术在工民建工程中的应用进行了详细阐述。 建筑工程是国家建设的重点工程，在建设的过程中经常会损耗大量的材料和能源，所以为了社会的可持续发展，我们应该在工民建工程中坚持以节能为原则，做好建筑资源节约，降低生产成本，为社会主义建设节约更多的资源，进而增加社会效益。

【Abstract】This paper first summarizes the energy-saving technologies used in the construction of civil engineering， and then talks about the current development of civil engineering. At last， the application of energy-saving technology in civil engineering is described in detail. Construction engineering is the key project of national construction， in the process of construction often lose a lot of materials and energy， so for the sustainable development of society， we should work in civil engineering to adhere to the principle of energy conservation， do a good job of building resources ， Reduce production costs， save more resources for socialist construction， and thus increase social benefits.

1. 前言

随着社会的进步，节能环保理念的进一步推广，工民建工程也更加重视节能技术，因此，工民建工程施工过程中合理选择节能技术就成为了当前施工的一个重要动作。

2. 工业与民用建筑工程中节能技术运用的重要意义

近些年来，建筑工程行业在我国取得了飞速的发展，成为了我国市场经济中极为关键的一个经济支柱。为了实现国家能源与资源的优化配置与高效利用，国家正在通过使用新的节能型建筑材料以及建设技术等，来推动建筑工程施工成本的降低以及工程质量的提升。而工民建作为建筑工程建设中占据比例极大的一类，工程施工建设中对于建筑节能技术的运用正逐渐趋于深入，而且建筑节能技术也为工民建提供了诸多的效益。具体而言，建筑节能技术在工民建中的运用对于工程建设的意义可以通过以下两个方面来分析：首先，建筑节能技术的运用能够有效地节省工民建施工的成本。……
