房屋建筑工程混凝土施工措施探讨

【摘要】我国的房屋建筑大多采用的是混凝土结构的，在采用这样的结构施工过程中，它的结构安全和防渗等功能绝大多数由混凝土承担，混凝土质量的好坏，既对结构物的安全，也对结构物的造价有很大影响。所以我们一定要采取切实可行的施工措施来加以确保施工质量。文章根据笔者施工经验对房屋建筑混凝土施工措施做一探讨，仅供大家参考。

【Abstract】Most of the housing construction in China is the use of concrete structure， in the use of such a structure of the construction process， its structural safety and seepage and other functions of the vast majority of concrete commitment， the quality of concrete is good or bad， both on the safety of the structure， But also on the cost of the structure has a great impact. 现在的房屋建筑尤其是近20年来，采用混凝土结构是房屋建筑中最常见最主要的建筑结构形式之一，已经越来越多的受到人们的欢迎。但诸多的环境因素对混凝土的影响也很大，比如说水泥水化不充分，混凝土强度降低，水的渗透冻融交替引起从混凝土表面剥落开始的破坏，混凝土中微细孔中某些化合物结晶产生的结晶压，胶凝材料中氧化钙和氧化镁的水化生成物中过量的钙矾石引起体积膨胀和大气中二氧化碳引起的钢筋锈蚀等等。不管怎么样，我们只要按现行设计、施工规范、标准进行设计、施工，房屋建筑的安全就会有充分的保证。文章结合笔者实际工作情况，对房屋建筑混凝土施工的措施做一阐述，仅供参考。
