信息技术在建筑施工管理中的应用研究

【摘要】伴随着社会经济的发展，建筑领域未来发展受到国家的重视。建筑施工管理工作作为该领域的组成部分，信息化技术的引入和应用情况在一定程度上衡量着管理工作的效率。本文从建筑施工管理的基本概述入手，结合行业发展和市场运作特点分析了应用信息技术的必要性，同时从应用范围和深度、开发和投入力度和专业部门和人才培养等三方面分析了存在问题和解决对策，为进一步推动信息技术在该领域的发展提供了可借鉴的理论基础。

【Abstract】With the development of social economy， the future development of the construction sector by the state's attention. Construction management as part of the field， the introduction and application of information technology to a certain extent， measure the efficiency of management. Based on the basic overview of construction management， this paper analyzes the necessity of applying information technology in combination with the characteristics of industry development and market operation. At the same time， it analyzes the existing problems from three aspects： application scope and depth， development and investment， professional department and talent cultivation And solve the countermeasures， in order to further promote the development of information technology in the field provides a theoretical basis for reference.

信息技術的进步和发展推动了社会各行业技术的更新和变革，同时也为提高生产和工作效率提供了动力。对于建筑施工管理工作而言，过去传统的管理思想和方法等已经无法适应行业发展以及人们的需求，因此，将信息技术应用于该项工作之中，实现管理方式的变革是当前发展的新趋势。

1. 建筑施工管理的概述

伴随着城市化建设和发展速度的加快，建筑施工领域受到国家和社会以及人民的高度关注，而该领域的管理工作也应提高重视度。相对于其他建筑领域的其他工作而言，该项管理工作需要多个部门共同协助且投入大量的物资、人力等资源，保障工作的顺利开展。同时，该项工作展开前应经过详细且全面性计划和预算等，伴随着工作量和难度的加大，引入现代化的方法使得复杂工作得以简化，且提升管理的效率和质量。……
