建筑电气工程施工中的细节管理解析

【摘要】随着社会的不断发展，电气应用的范围也越来越广，因此对施工过程中的细节要求也就越来越高。这就要求专业电气工程施工管理者不仅仅要有过硬的专业素质，在实际操作的过程中也要对施工细节加以落实。现代建筑工程中电气施工过程的细节管理有着十分重要的意义，对施工的质量和安全性有着很大的保障， 所以加强管理工作的实效性和可行性是很有必要的。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of society， the scope of electrical applications are more and more widely， so the details of the construction process requirements are getting higher and higher. This requires professional electrical engineering construction managers not only have a strong professional quality， in the actual operation of the process should also be implemented to implement the details. The detailed management of the electrical construction process in the modern construction project is of great significance， which is very important to the quality and safety of the construction. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the effectiveness and feasibility of the management work.

1. 前言

在建筑工程施工建設过程中，电气工程的施工是一个重要的环节，建筑工程的成本，施工时间，施工质量等等都与之有着很密切的关系。目前，市场对于现代化施工的要求越来越高，所以对建筑电气工程施工的细节管理进行研究，可以有效地的推进建筑行业的稳定发展。

2. 细节管理的意义

电气工程在建筑工程中处于一个重要地位，建筑电气工程施工管理及质量控制，对整个建筑工程的适用性、安全性和可靠性有着十分重要的影响，只有对漆细节管理进行控制，才能较好的达到业主对于其建筑的使用要求。为了以最高的质量完成工程，第一要对各个工序的管理和质量进行控制，其次对各个子项目进行管理和质量控制，最后通过对于细节管理的不断把控，达到对整个建筑电气工程施工的质量控制。

3. 电气工程中涉及的危险因素

在电气施工的过程中，各个单位对于安全细节问题都会有所疏忽，造成了至只注重生产，忽视了安全问题这一局面。……
