浅谈电气安装工程造价的管理与控制

【摘要】随着我国经济的高速发展，农村加速城市化进程，建筑项目随之大增，加强建筑经济中的工程造价管理和成本控制是建筑行业在未来发展的重要方向，而电气安装工程贯串在整个建筑过程中，它是检验建筑工程完工质量的重要指标，也影响着建筑物的使用和安全。目前我国电气安装工程造价的管理和控制存在着电气安装工程缺乏统一的管理、电气安装造价管理技术落后、信息化管理落后、从业人员专业素质不高等问题，本文针对这些问题，提出了建立严格的造价管理体系、加强工程造价信息化管理、不断培养优秀的专业人才、做好电气工程在建设项目各个阶段的造价管理及控制等解决对策。
