切开复位内固定术对踝关节骨折脱位患者疗效及SF—36评分的影响

[摘要]目的 研究切开复位内固定术对踝关节骨折脱位患者疗效及SF-36评分的影响。方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的106例踝关节骨折脱位患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各53例。对照组进行整复石膏外固定疗法，观察组使用切开复位内固定术治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的总优良率及SF-36量表评分显著高于对照组，骨折愈合时间、住院天数短于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 使用切开复位内固定术能有效改善患者踝关节功能，促进患者早日康复。

[Abstract]Objective To study the influence of open reduction and internal fixation on the curative effect and SF-36 score of fracture dislocation of ankle joint.Methods 106 cases of ankle fracture dislocation in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reduction plaster external fixation，and the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation，the therapeutic effects of the two groups was observed.Results The total excellent and good rate and SF-36 scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the fracture healing time and length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion Using of open reduction and internal fixation can effectively improve ankle function of patients，promote the patient′s early recovery.

交通的不断发展给人们的生活带来了极大便利，同时也带来了一些安全隐患。近些年，因车祸而造成踝关节骨折脱位的患者数量逐年增加，主要集中在青年和中年人群，大部分患者伤情严重，治疗不及时或使用方法不恰当都可能对患者的身体造成影响[1]。此时，选择适当的治疗方法是保護患者踝关节的重要环节[2]，有必要根据患者的不同骨折情况，选择不同的复位固定方法。本研究旨在探讨切开复位内固定术对踝关节骨折脱位患者疗效及SF-36评分的影响，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的106例踝关节骨折脱位患者，其中32例为摔伤，42例为扭伤，24例为车祸，8例为其他。根据随机数字表法将入选患者分为观察组和对照组，各53例。观察组中，男性27例，女性26例；年龄28～45岁，平均（38±12.4）岁。对照组中，男性26例，女性27例；年龄28～44岁，平均（37±11.8）岁。两组的性别、年龄及受伤原因等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。……
