探讨糖尿病眼病患者低血糖的原因分析及护理观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨分析糖尿病眼病患者的病因，提供针对性的护理措施，对护理效果进行评价。 方法 2014年5月—2015年4月该院对120例糖尿病眼病患者进行了研究分析，对该疾病的发病原因进行研究，采取了针对性的护理干预措施，对患者接受护理前后的血糖水平情况进行分析比较。 结果 全部患者中有37%的患者是因为日常饮食不规律而发病，有25.9%的患者是因为擅自使用饥饿疗法导致发病，有29.6%的患者是因为胰岛素使用剂量不当而导致发病。采取有效护理措施之后，患者的空腹血糖水平恢复到了（4.55±0.31）mmol/L，血糖控制率88.9%。 结论 糖尿病眼病患者比较容易出现低血糖症状，患者擅自改变饮食规律，胰岛素使用剂量不当等因素对患者的发病有直接影响。为了对患者的疾病认知度进行强化，提升患者的遵医嘱性，眼科医生和护理人员应该从多方面入手，对患者进行教育，分析病因，加强预防。

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the causes of patients with diabetic eye disease and provide the targeted nursing measures to evaluate the nursing effect. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic eye disease in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected and the disease causes were researched and the targeted nursing measures were adopted and the blood glucose levels before and after nursing were compared. Results 37 percent of patients had diseases due to the irregular daily dieting， and 25.9 percent of patients had diseases due to the unauthorized use of pinotherapy， and 29.6 percent of patients had diseases due to the improper use of insulin， after the effective nursing measures， the fasting blood glucose level of patients returned to（4.55±0.31）mmol/L， and the blood glucose control rate was 88.9%. Conclusion Hypoglycemia symptoms are easy to occur to the patients with diabetic eye disease， and the unauthorized change of regular diet and improper dose of insulin can have a direct effect on the onset of patients， in order to enhance the disease cognitive degree and improve the compliance with doctors， and the ophthalmologists and nursing staff should educate the patients and analyze the causes from multiple aspects and enhance the prevention.

糖尿病患者有很高的幾率合并眼、神经、肾脏、心血管等疾病[1]，糖尿病眼病也是糖尿病比较常见的并发症，因为该疾病导致的低血糖在临床中广受关注，对糖尿病眼病合并低血糖的病因进行分析能够有助于临床的预防和治疗[2]。此次选取了该院2014年5月—2015年4月的120例糖尿病眼病患者来分析，对患者的发病原因和类型进行分析，为临床治疗提供参考，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
