探讨行玻璃体切割术的重度玻璃体出血原因

[摘要] 目的 该研究旨在通过对患有眼部疾病的患者在医院治疗的过程中玻璃体切割术出现的重度出血的原因进行分析，并提出相应的有效可行的处理措施，为合理处置玻璃体切割术的重度玻璃体出血提供一定的借鉴和指导。方法回顾该院收治的80例眼疾患者的病例，对部分的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中病变原因不明为7例，病变原因明确的为73例。 结果 对患者执行玻璃体切割术后观察近2个月，出现重度玻璃体出血的患者有9例，其他的71例术后恢复状况良好，7只眼的视力无提高。 结论 玻璃体切割的手术在有效治疗不同原因导致的重度玻璃体出血方面具有重要意义，可广泛应用于眼部疾病的临床治疗中。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the severe vitreum hemorrhage causes of patients with eye diseases after vitrectomy and put forwards the effective and feasible measures thus providing a certain reference and guidance for the rational handling of severe vitreum hemorrhage causes after vitrectomy. Methods 80 cases of patients with eye diseases admitted and treated in our hospital were selected including 7 cases whose lesion causes were unclear and 73 cases whose lesion causes were definite. Results After two months， 8 cases with severe vitreum hemorrhage， and the postoperative recovery of the other 71 cases was good， and the vision of 7 eyes had no improvement. Conclusion Vitrectomy is of important significance to the effective treatment of severe vitreum hemorrhage caused by different causes， which can be widely used in the clinical treatment of eye diseases.

现阶段，人们患有眼内玻璃体的疾病十分常见，视网膜疾病作为导致人类失明的重要原因，与玻璃体有着密切相关的联系，如何在进行玻璃体切割手术的过程中避免出现重度玻璃体出血是相关的工作人员研究的重要课题[1]。同时，近年来外伤所致的玻璃体出血的发生率呈现不断上升的趋势，对患者实行玻璃体切割术是有效的治疗方案，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该院主要选取了具有代表性的80例患有眼部玻璃体出血疾病的患者资料进行回顾分析，在2014年10月—2016年1月期间的眼部疾病的患者中，进行玻璃体切割术的有将近140例，其中典型的重度玻璃体出血患者有80例，其中手术共涉及69只眼。……
