知识战略及西门子KSP方法和实践

摘 要：已经有越来越多的组织认识到知识战略的重要性，但是在知识识别、知识规划等方面，却缺乏有效的方法和技术。西门子知识战略流程KSP方法，是知识战略规划中经典的方法。通过对西门子知识战略流程KSP方法进行系统的研究和分析，总结出知识状态三维描述K-Model模型以及KSP实施的六个步骤。笔者在企业实践实证中，通过应用KSP进行知识战略规划，发现最终设计的行动计划就是业务本身，知识管理与业务融于一体。

and Siemens Knowledge Strategy Process（KSP）

Abstract：

More and more organizations have realized the importance of knowledge strategy，but lack of effective methods and techniques in knowledge identification and knowledge planning.Siemens Knowledge Strategy Process（KSP） method is the most classical method in knowledge strategy planning.Based on research and analysis of Siemens KSP Methodology，this paper systematically summarizes the knowledge state 3D K-Model and KSP implementation six steps.In the enterprise empirical practice，the author found that through the KSP knowledge strategic planning，the final design of the action plans is the business itself，so as to ensure the integration of knowledge management and business.

0 引 言

本杰明·富兰克林曾经说过：投资知识可以得到最好的回报。20年前，世界经济合作与发展组织（OECD）在报告《1996年科学技术和产业展望》中正式提出了“以知识为基础的经济（Knowledge-based Economy）”的概念。20年后，互联网即兴起了以Uber，AirBnB，滴滴出行、摩拜单车等为代表的关于“物”的共享模式，同时也出现了以知乎& Live、在行&分答、得到APP，千聊等代表的关于“知”的共享付费平台。斗转星移，忽然之间人们对知识又开始产生了浓厚的兴趣。

1 知识战略与知识规划企业界能够成功地管理和经营知识的组织并不多。是组织里的知识没有价值吗？Stephanie和Nick合著的《知识管理战略制胜》书中说，如果您所在的组织当中，知识是关键业务推动力或者关键产品，那么知识管理对您而言就很重要了。百年基业长青的西方巨擎西门子公司曾经认为经营企业无非是2件事情：一是用金钱换知识（Money to Knowledge），即技术研发；二是用知识换金钱（Knowledge to Money），即业务营销。……
