消痤颗粒对儿童重度痤疮的血清白介素—2、白介素—4、干扰素—γ的影响

[摘要] 目的 評价中药消痤颗粒治疗重度痤疮对血清白介素（IL）-2、IL-4、干扰素（IFN）-γ的影响，为临床提供依据。 方法 选取我院2013年12月～2015年12月收治的60例重度痤疮患儿作为本次研究对象，以随机数字表法分为常规西药治疗的对照组与西药治疗联合消痤颗粒治疗的观察组，每组各30例患者，2个月为1个疗程，两组均连续治疗2个疗程，检测两组治疗前、后外周血IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平，并进行对比观察。 结果 在治疗总有效率方面，观察组与对照组分别为96.67%与83.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组血清IL-4水平均较前明显下降，IL-2、IFN-γ较前明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在不良反应发生率方面，观察组与对照组分别为6.67%与16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 中药消痤颗粒可有效治疗重度痤疮，可明显改善血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平，对血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平进行监测，可为临床评估病情及治疗效果提供依据。

Influece of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaozao granule on the treatment of serum interleukin （IL） -2，IL-4 and interferon （IFN）-γ in severe acne

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaozao granule on the treatment of serum interleukin （IL）-2，IL-4 and interferon （IFN）-γ in severe acne. Methods 60 patients with severe acne treated from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with Conventional Western Medicine，and patients in observation group were treated with Western medicine therapy combined with Xiaocuo granule.2 months for 1 courses，the 2 groups were 2 consecutive treatment courses.The levels of IL-2，IL-4，IL-4 and IL-4 in the two groups were measured before and after treatment.The levels of IL-2，IL-4 and IL-IFN-γ levels were observed and compared. Results In the treatment of the total effective rate，the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 83.33%，compared between the groups，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in IL-2，IL-4 and IFN-γ levels between the two groups before and after treatment （P>0.05）.After treatment，the levels of IL-4 in serum were significantly decreased （P<0.05），and there was significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）.In the incidence of adverse reactions，the observation group and the control group were 6.67% and 16.67%，compared between the groups，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Anti-acne granules can effectively treat severe acne，and it can significantly improve the levels of serum IL-2，IL-4 and IFN-γ，and monitor the levels of serum IL-2，IL-4 and IFN-γ.It can provide the basis for clinical evaluation of the disease and the treatment effect.

近年来，痤疮的发病日趋增多，对患者的生活、婚姻及就业产生很大的影响。随着人们生活水平的提高，对外貌的重视程度也越来越高[1]。目前，临床常用的痤疮西医治疗方法为抗感染、调节内分泌、抗雄激素等，但这种治疗方法的时间较长，其具有较为显著的毒副作用，其治疗效果远远不能达到患者的满意。中医药在这方面有很大的优势，不仅疗效显著，而且毒副作用也小[2]。本研究对消痤颗粒在重度痤疮中的治疗效果及对免疫应答的相关影响进行了探讨，目的是为了寻找痤疮治疗的新方法。为研究消痤颗粒对儿童重度痤疮的血清白介素-2、白介素-4、干扰素-γ的影响，本研究将消痤颗粒应用于我院2013年12月～2015年12月收治的60例重度痤疮患儿的治疗中，并以常规治疗作比较，检测两组治疗前、后外周血IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ水平，并进行对比观察，效果较为满意，现报道如下。……
