探讨整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用。 方法 选取我院2015年1月～2017年3月共50例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象，以随机分配为原则，分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上应用整体护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。 结果 观察组患者Hb、RBC水平优于对照组患者，差异明显（P<0.05），具有统计学意义；观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组患者，差异明显（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中具有良好的效果，能有效改善患者的临床指标，提高患者的治疗依从度，值得在临床推广应用。

The application of holistic nursing in iron deficiency anemia

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing in nursing of iron deficiency anemia. Methods A total of 50 patients with iron deficiency anemia from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random assignment， each of 25 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing， and the observation group received holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The levels of Hb and RBC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）； The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion The Holistic nursing has a good effect for iron deficiency anemia， can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients， and improve the treatment of patients with compliance， worthy of clinical application.

缺鐵性贫血是由于患者体内铁含量丢失过多、铁摄入严重不足、需要量增加、吸收量少而导致的，对患者的日常生活和生命健康造成了较大的影响[1]。目前临床中主要采用针对病因的药物治疗，虽然有明显疗效，但患者的预后的取决于治疗中的护理工作[2]。因此，必须要结合缺铁性贫血患者的特点，探索新型的护理模式，提高护理的质量，促进患者的康复[3]。本次研究对缺铁性贫血患者实行整理护理，取得了良好的效果。具体报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 基本资料

选取我院2015年1月～2017年3月共50例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象，以随机分配为原则，分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组中男14例，女11例，年龄20～67岁，平均（43.24±5.61）岁；对照组中男15例，女10例，年龄21～68岁，平均（45.34±6.61）岁。所有患者均签署知情同意书，且研究已通过伦理委员批准。两组患者在性别、年龄等基本资料方面未呈现出明显差异（P>0.05），证明研究具备一定的可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组对患者进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上实行整体护理，具体方法如下：
